The company’s CEO & Managing Director is a reputable British businessman with several years of business management experience. Sirak is a highly determined individual with over 12 years experience in business having started business in UK London. His numerous contacts with government and private sector have helped propel the company forward. He holds a degree in Computing and Mathematics from UK. He is widely traveled and appreciates different cultures and work environments. His expertise, training, exposure and education coupled with his drive to succeed are key drivers in the success and growth of Islington Brothers. Mr. Sirak also supervises the Finance and Operations section of the company.
He performs other roles of job lobbying, HR development, carrying out meetings with management team, obtaining required contracts and setting up operational methods and following up performance of projects.

Alex Asefaw Gyohannes, a Senior Property Accountant by Profession for the last 20 years, manages the Accounting Department.
The accounting department prepares budgets, maintains a permanent accounts system that can be easily understood, preparation of management accounts, monthly and quarterly accounts, implementing accounting policies and advice the management on cash book balances. They also with deal with bank deposits and withdraws, review expense claims and accountabilities, payroll preparation and reconciliations. The personnel in this department are highly trained in the field of financial management.

Buni Asefaw
Islington Brothers has a sales, marketing and branding department manned by a specialist to ensure our services are known to potential clients. Buni Asefaw and Gideon Asefaw Gyohannes are managing the Sales, Marketing & Branding aspect of the enterprise. The unit is responsible for developing a marketing strategy to build a large market share in both government and private sector market. The marketing officers have acquired experience in handling different customers. They are smart, hardworking and possess good understanding of the local market environment.

Yared Alem
Yared Alem manages the estimation, procurement and sales process from London, UK.
He has over 15 years experience in retail store and wholesale business in East Africa. Plus he has a vast hotel management and transportation experience in London. He currently successfully owns a medium size hotel in London, UK.
Yared is in charge of the monitoring of work and coordination of imports & supplies to ensure that we hold adequate stock quantities and of right quality. Yared Alem and Naftalem Asefaw are co-managing the operational services. They supervise all operational aspects of the company. They have relevant experience and training and have worked particularly with top notch providers of similar services before establishing Islington.

Naftalem Asefaw has Truck mixer Quality Certificate of Professional competence road haulage. His Construction vehicles are contracted haulers with Tarmac.
Tarmac is the UK’s largest quarrying company and supplier of construction materials to the construction industry. They are a market leader for aggregates, ready mixed concrete and asphalt. Other parts of the business include; Tarmac National Contracting and Tarmac Buxton Lime and Cement.
Naftalem Asefaw is technically a key and in a sense the founder of Islington Brothers Ltd. His tireless and continuous persistent to establish family business indeed finally is bearing fruit!

Gideon Asefaw Gyohannes, B. Eng. P.Eng.
Gideon is the Director of Development & Engineering. Gideon has over 18 years of development, design, engineering, and
finance and business experience. Lobbying governments, corporations, agencies, NGOs and other related entities are conducted under Gideon and Buni leadership within the Sales, Marketing and Branding division of Islington.
